Gold Plated EPC service

If you are property fund manager or an investment fund manager you may be interested in our GreenRock Energy Gold Plated EPC service.

Portfolio epc: We have been in various industry discussions about the varying level of quality companies are finding with portfolio EPC’s they have been provided both currently and in the past. With the impending MEES regulations providing for a substantial risk for any F&G rated properties within your portfolios. We have been building a complete package EPC, Recommendations Report and where the rating is an F&G a modelling/scenarios process to highlight the potential improvements both for their individual and cumulative impacts with the potential rating which can be achieved. The Gold plated service which sets GreenRock Energy apart from other providers is that we have two EPC Accreditation Auditors (Plus 3 ISO:50001 & 4 ISO:14001 Lead Auditors) fully employed to audit the reports before they are lodged. This process increases the audit rate from the standard 2% per annum to over 50% and in special cases we also offer a 100% audit service to ensure that all aspects have been checked before lodgement with both the industry guidelines & EPC conventions.
We have carried out many thousands of EPC’s for various institutional investment & property managers during the last six years and with the poor quality of original surveys we have documented evidence to show we are currently improving our clients existing EPC rating by a staggering 75% and in the majority of cases moving the properties out of risk, by just re-surveying the same building but to the higher and correct standard.

In addition to the above, we also offer an independent EPC auditing service to highlight and investigate any potential errors with the reports and current ratings prior to the revisit, this will detail the effect on the rating should the certificate be require do the updated (reports lodged in 2008 at the start of the regulations will cease to be valid as from their ten year anniversary in 2018).

If this service is of interest to you I would be more than happy to meet up and go through our service and where we can assist in your risk management and compliance.
